Does Acutic tell me what to do with a position?

No. Acutic does not produce personal recommendations on specific instruments. The platform does not output action verbs against your positions, does not generate model portfolios for you, and does not maintain a personal trading schedule. You make every decision; Acutic supplies the research.

Is this regulated investment advice?

No. Acutic operates as a non-personalised investment research and analysis service under EU MAR Art. 20 / § 85 WpHG, the US publisher's exclusion (Lowe v. How are scores produced?

Each analyst agent applies a published methodology to objective inputs — financial statements, market data, news. Scores are reproducible and the methodology is a public artefact.
